Product Description
This product is an oil-based anti-rust concentrated oil. It is mainly composed of a highly efficient oil-soluble corrosion inhibitor newly developed by our company's technology center and exclusively produced in China. It is combined with other additives to form a highly efficient anti-rust system. It is dissolved in refined low-viscosity petroleum products and is suitable for rust prevention of black and non-ferrous metals. It has a contact protection effect. Add it to light oil in a certain proportion and mix evenly without adding any additives. This product has excellent anti-rust performance and is easy to use.
Recommended Uses
Suitable for corrosion protection of ferrous metals, copper and copper alloys, aluminum and aluminum alloys, and galvanized sheets.

How to use
Ensure the workpiece is clean and dry;
When handling the workpiece, wear gloves to prevent rust caused by fingerprints; use in a ventilated area;
The mass ratio with the base oil is 1:9, and the anti-rust period can reach 12 months;
The mass ratio with the base oil is 1:4, and the anti-rust period can reach 24 months;
Metal workpieces can be sprayed, brushed, or soaked;
Precautions
This product can be applied by immersion, spraying or roller coating at room temperature. No heating is required for winter use; the surface of the workpiece should be kept clean and dry; the oil film should be uniform and continuous during the spraying process without any leakage; it is strictly forbidden to touch the workpiece with bare hands or damage the anti-rust oil film.
Packaging and storage
"Validity period: one year;
Storage: Store in a sealed container indoors to avoid mixing with water or other impurities; protect from sunlight and rain, store in a cool and ventilated place; keep away from fire sources; transport and store as flammable chemicals.
