How to use
Ensure the workpiece is clean and dry:
When handling the workpiece, wear gloves to prevent rust caused by fingerprints;
Use in a ventilated area;
If there is a small amount of water film or fingerprints on the surface of the workpiece, it can be directly immersed in the oil and swung for 1 minute. Parts with grooves, blind holes, and inner cavities need to be turned over and soaked. ;
Regularly drain the dirt and debris deposited at the bottom of the dehydration container, and pay attention to adding new oil in an appropriate amount;
Metal workpieces can be sprayed, brushed, or soaked; When packaging workpieces, using Shenyang anti-rust packaging materials can improve the overall anti-rust effect
Packaging and storage
Validity period: one year;
Storage: Store in a sealed container indoors to avoid mixing with water or other impurities; store in a cool and ventilated place away from the sun and rain; keep away from fire sources; transport and store as flammable chemicals.
Precautions
This product can be applied by immersion, spraying or roller at room temperature. The surface of the workpiece should be clean and dry. During the spraying process, the oil film should be uniform and continuous without any leakage. It is strictly forbidden to touch the workpiece with bare hands or damage the anti-rust oil film.
