How to use
Ensure that the workpiece is clean and dry:

The oil surface will have a crusting phenomenon after being placed for a long time, which is caused by the accumulation of vapor phase rust inhibitor on the wave surface after evaporation, and does not affect the performance. Stir the oil evenly before use, and the reference dosage of anti-rust spraying inside the box is 200~300ml/m, and pay attention to sealing after oiling: When packaging the workpiece, the use of anti-rust materials can increase the anti-rust protection:
Rust prevention of automotive CKD parts: The workpiece can be placed in a 6㎡° lattice box, covered with a vapor phase rust-proof film, with a small hole on each side, and the reference dosage of spraying inward is 150ml~200ml/m', and the small hole is immediately closed after spraying. If the packaging is sealed and intact, the anti-rust period is 12 months.
Precautions
This product can be applied by immersion, spraying or roller coating at room temperature. No heating is required for winter use; the surface of the workpiece should be clean and dry; the oil film should be uniform and continuous during the spraying process without any leakage. It is strictly forbidden to touch the workpiece with bare hands or damage the anti-rust oil film.

Storage: Store in a sealed container indoors to avoid mixing with water or other impurities; protect from sunlight and rain, store in a cool and ventilated place; keep away from fire sources; transport and store as flammable chemicals.
